Everything ships tracked from the Gold Coast within 1–2 business days of your order.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. International orders may attract local duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and aren’t included in our prices.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- Email allurezx.z@gmail.com with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or a different size.
- We’ll reply with the return address.
- Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us a photo within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
